1. Recording conversion: I use dBpoweramp Music Converter to convert my recording before, and found it is no longer free recently(it's no longer free for sometime). After tried a few other software, I found foobar2000 is one of the best converting software to let you easily convert between WAV/MP3/MP4/OGG etc. Visit here to download the latest version.
2. Simple image processing/converting IrfanView is one of the best software for view image and convert into different format. It can do some simple crop/selection as well. You can download the latest version here
