I use Remote Desktop to connect some dell servers, and the default background image is slooooow. So after a few minutes research, here's the solution to remove it.
To make my life eaiser, I created a reg file, so just unzip and merge it would make your life easier too :) empty_wallpaper.zip However if you'r concern about the safty, here's the contents of the file, so you can create your own reg file easily. [HKEY_USERS.DEFAULTControl PanelDesktop] "Wallpaper"=""
